The so-called Supreme-Court of occupied Tskhinvali sentenced a citizen of Georgia to 12 years and 6 months of imprisonment.

The judicial proceedings against the citizen of Georgia Zaza Gakheladze was held in the so-called Supreme Court of occupied Tskhinvali today.

Zaza Gakheladze, an inhabitant of Kvemo Chala village, Kaspi municipality was found guilty on the article #317 of the Russian criminal code which envisages death of an employee of the law enforcement structures and article #322 which envisages illegal crossing of “state border”.

The prosecutor’s office of occupied Tskhinvali demanded 14 years of imprisonment for Gakheladze.
