Ramaz Svanadze will lead the Georgian U-21 football team.
As GTNews was told in the Football Federation, Svanadze will prepare the Georgian U-21 football team for the 2023 European Championship. The second national team tournament in Europe, the European Under-21 Championship in 2023 will be held jointly in Georgia and Romania.
Ramaz Svanadze has been the head coach of the Georgian U-19 team from 2019 until today. The U-19 team won all three matches in the qualifying round in 2019, under his leadership, and won the right to play in the elite round. Ramaz Svanadze led the Georgian national team in one match. On 18 November 2020, he took over as head coach of the national team at the UEFA Nations League match against Estonia.
