Poland expelled Belarusian diplomat

Poland is expelling a Belarusian diplomat in response to similar actions of Minsk, said the deputy head of the Polish Foreign Ministry, Marcin Przydach.
Earlier, the Belarusian Foreign Ministry invited the Polish consul in Brest Jerzy Timofeyuk to leave the territory of Belarus after his participation in an unofficial event dedicated to the «Day of the Damned Soldiers.»
«In response to the hostile and groundless actions of the Belarusian authorities against the Polish consul in Brest, Poland today declared the diplomat of the Belarusian embassy in Warsaw persona non grata.» — wrote Pshidach on Twitter.
