The government is engaged in wasting time and creating formal education environment, an education expert Mariam Raminashvili said.
As Raminashvili said in her interview with GTNews, they let things go and stay in the hope of some reasonable teachers.
“Despite many experts’ demand, the government avoids to carry out researches. A research is necessary in order to find out what problems the Georgian education system faces. It is necessary to modify the curriculum and adapt it to the existing challenges,” Mariam Raminashvili said.
The expert believes that the distant learning is sure to affect the education process and the pupils’ psychology.
As the ministry of education informed GTNews, no research has been carried out in connection with the distant learning and is not planned in the near future.
